Sharks vs. Undefeated people? Which flick is worse?

Today's post-Christmas battle involves two vastly different movies (OK, clips). The first is Undefeatable, which features a guy, a guy with a mullett, some chick named Cynthia Rothrock, more grunting than a Monica Seles match and features two of the better lines in recent movie history. And of course, what does "Undefeatable" even mean?
The second is Shark Attack 3: Megalodon, which features a ship, a shark, the worst accent since Peter Stormare's "I'm here to fix the cable" in The Big Lebowski and some killer special effects.
Let the debate begin.
Wow. I mean just wow. That is truly putrid in the annals of film history - but I am going to HOPE you are joking and know much that there is to know about Cynthia Rothrock - queen of the sped up film for fight scene movement.
Enlighten me, please.
